Introduction
With a steady decline in PC gaming, it’s no surprise to see one of the most successful gaming PC peripheral manufactures begin to move to consoles. Razer, the manufacture of some of our favorite computer mice has announced that they are going to begin producing high end Xbox accessories.
Razer Onza Xbox 360 Controller
The Razer Onza may not be one of the first customizable controllers, but it certainly looks done right. The Onza will offer two Multi Function Buttons (MFB’s), and adjustable analog tension to allow gamers to tailor the controller for their play style.
Don’t expect any wireless love however, as the Onza has chosen to opt for the lighter weight of a braided USB cord to ensure lag free input, something tournament-grade players will no doubt appreciate. However, any who take a glance at the picture above will notice there is no input for many the Xbox’s other addons, such as the keyboard or a standard Xbox Live headset. This could be conceived as a ploy to have customers purchase more of their products.

Razer Onza Professional Gaming Controller for Xbox 360 Features:
- Razer Hyperesponse™ technology

Razer Chimera Xbox 360 Headset
In addition the Onza controller Razer has announced plans for a 5.1 surround sound headset, the Chimera. Razer is applying much of the same technology already used in their high end PC headsets to the Chimera. It will support Xbox live voice features in addition to the 5.1 surround, meaning you will never have to worry about using one of those crummy headsets again. Even more interesting is the ability to daisy chain the base stations of the Chimera together allowing for a 100% secure line of communication to you teammates.

The Chimera headset looks really nice, all of these are a little bit costly so make sure to buy one at a time to save money. I will be doing that buying one at a time. These pieces of equipment some of them rival the cost of a laptop so I don’t know which one I will be buying first.

Finally I chose the PS3 console and I had a lot of pleasure playing PS3 games during the holiday. You will simply place the XBOX game in your disk drive and your computer system will create a disc image.
